1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NEXUS ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

NEXUS provides AI-powered sales automation including automated calling, WhatsApp messaging, email sequences, and lead management. The Platform is designed for B2B sales teams operating in Southeast Asia.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NEXUS for spam, harassment, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws. AI agents must be used in compliance with local telecommunications regulations and consent requirements.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise specified. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if no AI calls have been made.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of NEXUS are owned by NEXUS Technologies Sdn Bhd. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over your leads, recordings, or business information.

7. Limitation of Liability

NEXUS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including lost revenue from AI agent interactions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
