All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud providers with SOC 2 Type II compliance. Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and accessible only to authorized account holders.
4. AI & Call Data
Voice calls processed through NEXUS AI agents are recorded for quality assurance and lead qualification. Transcripts are generated automatically and stored within your account. You may delete call data at any time from your dashboard.
5. Third-Party Services
We integrate with trusted partners including voice AI providers, CRM platforms, and analytics services. Each partner is bound by strict data processing agreements aligned with PDPA and international privacy standards.
6. Your Rights

7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
